How much does it cost?

Nothing during pilot. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no transaction commission. After pilot we'll publish a clear, low monthly fee. There will never be a take on the bill.

Am I locked into an exclusivity agreement?

No. You can run deals on other channels, on your own site, anywhere you like. BlackBoard is one more lever in your floor management toolkit, not a takeover.

Who controls what gets posted?

You do. Every deal is created, scheduled and ended by your team. We never auto post, auto discount or change your offers without you.

How do redemptions work in practice?

During pilot, it's staff assisted. The customer shows your team a green confirmation in the app. You apply the discount at the till. No QR codes, no PINs, nothing to integrate. Post pilot, we'll offer an optional integration with common EPOS systems.

What if I'm not in the pilot zone yet?

Sign up anyway. We weight the next expansion areas based on venue interest as well as user waitlist density. Telling us you want in is the strongest signal we get.

Can multiple team members manage our listing?

Yes. You can add additional accounts for managers, duty managers and floor staff to post and update deals during a shift.
